You cannot get internet here except Broadstar, which is $60 a month @ 12mbps. The floor plans have a nice home-like layout and it's quiet. The gym seems great when touring, but once you use in it, you realize the equipment doesn't function properly/is outdated. They've said they were getting new equipment since I signed a lease about 7 months ago.

I like that it's a quiet, non-student community on the SW side of town- hard to find. Great floor plan; love the screened in porch. Can't wait for the new pet park!
